    The room I stayed in was super spacious and clean, definitely a highlight. The bed was comfortable, and I really liked having plenty of hanging space. An iron and a hairdryer. The TV let me log into my Netflix, a nice touch. Just wish they had a drinks machine for self-service. That would have made breakfast even better.

    Location: the hotel was next to the exhibition, the center of Poznan, and several different restaurants as well as the mall. Spent our evenings in nearby Bar-a-Boo Restaurant, especially when it was hot outside.

    Couldn't find any faults at all.

    Breakfast and room were perfectly all right.

    Air conditioning was relatively loud and could not be reduced overnight. Despite the reference to non-smoking rooms at the time of booking, a smoking room was offered, which was changed immediately.

    We were there for a dog show with a dog and couldn't find it any better. The location was of course ideal, service, friendliness, food, cleanliness, room size and comfort were all perfect. We were very satisfied and would come back at any time.

    Very friendly staff,top service

    The showers in the sauna are a joke not to be used by men with abdominal roots, you can't get in there. The sliding doors make the entrance much too narrow.

    Really good Service during Our Stay

    Especially with their thoughtful gestures during breakfast. The room was already lovely, but the surprise upgrade was the cherry on top!

    Our room was initially not entirely ready upon arrival, staff came to address some maintenance issues. It was a minor inconvenience, but we were grateful for their responsiveness.

    Exploring the heart of Poznań 🇵🇱

    What a jol! The staff were super friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean-a lekker place to crash after wandering around. Brekkie was the highlight with lots of Polish treats. I loved it! Plus, the location is a quick stroll to everything-perfect for my city adventures!

    The pool is kinda small, wish it was a bit bigger for some proper relaxation time.

    A few hours before I arrived I have been robbed and my wallet including my credit card and money has been taken by someone.I Cancelled my current credit card which is in the hotel's records.The receptionist Kamil contacted his manager and he made it possible for me to stay in the hotel without giving any guarantee.He also contacted with the Police and arranged an appointment for the next day.I Was very happy that they only trusted my decleration and just took the copy of my pasport.Of course,the next day I found a way and checked out clearly but he used an initiative which was not usual.Thanks to Kamil and his night manager.

    The only critics from my side is that the price of the breakfast is too high comparing the room price.I Paid 90 pln and honestly it was not worth and the second day I did not have a breakfast.
